Mahon Semi Curado

Mahon is a traditional cheese which comes from the Spanish Island of Menorca, and is named after its capital city. This “curado” is aged longer than others, for six months, and packs an incredible amount of robust and savory flavor. Reminiscent of an 18 to 24 month aged gouda, the texture is firm with good crystalline structure, with wonderful salinity thanks to the Mediterranean Sea air.
