Alp Blossom

When you taste Alp Blossom let yourself be transported to the Alps of Germany! This raw milk alpine cheese is delicious on its own, but then it receives a bath of alpine herbs which bring the flavors to another level.  The cheese is coated in celery, chevril, chives, corn flowers, lavender, lovage, marjoram, marigolds, onion, oregano, parsley, roses, savory, which all complement the smooth and nutty paste.
