Rispens is Betty Koster’s new addition to her fabulous lineup of Dutch Cheeses. Working closely with the Rispens family of farmers in Friesland to tweak their recipe with a more traditional rennet, she has perfected the process of this cheese.
This gouda is a little softer than our others, it’s lightly brothy with a nutty texture. Flavours of Scottish Shortbread, toasted oats, and a hint of salinity. Completely unique in our lineup!
