Lincolnshire Poacher is a terribly luxurious raw milk cheddar-style cheese whos delectable flavors come from the happy cows which roam grassy pastures in Lincolnshire, England.
It is classically creamy yet nutty and sharp as one expects from a cheese aged 2 and a half years, but its spice is reminiscent of something more alpine-style.
